"Dave's Plumbing, van wrap, both sides and rear, £1,400, artwork approved, fitting Tuesday." That's a job card. Your morning catch-up tells you what's booked in, what's waiting on artwork approval and which balances are due. Ask "what's the spec on Dave's van?" and it tells you.

Deposits before you cut, balances before they drive off

"Deposit invoice for Dave, fifty percent" and it's in the chat, branded, numbered. Balance invoice when it's fitted. If it isn't paid, a polite reminder is drafted for you to approve. No more chasing a customer who's already got the sign up.
